Excellence dominates KWATANI’s design and engineering. As part of our ongoing in-house research and development strategy, we have invested significantly in our vibrating equipment technology. KWATANI, previously known as JOEST KWATANI, has also partnered with prestigious South African tertiary institutions and customers’ technical departments to work on research and analysis programmes and to provide engineering standards for vibrating equipment.

In-house engineering resource and competence

Custom designs undertaken by our qualified and experienced in-house design and technology teams ensure that solutions are engineered to the customer’s exacting application and processing requirements. All designs are backed by KWATANI’s internal FEA modelling competency, our R&D capabilities and a sophisticated test laboratory.

KWATANI adds advanced testing and measuring technology to our comprehensive offering, helping customers achieve a continuous supply of production tonnage, while protecting assets and reducing the total cost of ownership. KWATANI includes test and measurement technology in real time where advanced condition monitoring is required. KWATANI employs a consultative approach and aims to understand the level of skills and capabilities at any given plant.
